Debido a problemas financieros muy pronto será cerrada la escuela Dr. Bessie Rhodes, la única que ofrece un programa de educación bilingüe en el Distrito 65 de Skokie. Esta noticia ha dejado preocupados a los padres de los estudiantes ya que no saben cuál será el futuro académico de sus hijos. En esta escuela hay estudiantes desde kínder hasta octavo grado y la mitad de ellos son hispanos.
Due to financial problems, Dr. Bessie Rhodes School, the only one that offers a bilingual education program in Skokie District 65, will soon be closed. This news has left the parents of the students worried as they do not know what the academic future of their children will be. At this school there are students from kindergarten to eighth grade and half of them are Hispanic.
